Misleading customers with bundled versions DVD Suite

I recently purchased a bundled version of the Cyberlink software: the DVD Suite 6 Pro. All indications on the web site, and the emails received after purchase refer to the apllication as a full version. The email quotes:

"1. Download the full version at: "

After buying it and installing it, I discover I do not have a full version of Power Director. The readme file describes six different versions but that is not explicitly stated when you purchase the bundle. It appears as if you need to spend another 60US to buy the full version of Power Director v6.

I feel ripped-off. Does anyone else feel this is false advertising and misleading?

If you are unhappy contact customer support. I know several people that have received a refund. As with most packages, you need to know what to look for. At http://www.cyberlink.com/multi/products/compare_33_ENU.html
they say
6.5HE is packaged with DVD Suite6 Ultra
6.5DE is packaged with DVD Suite6 Pro

Based on your table you know what the packages 6.5HE and 6.5DE contain.

Thank you for your comments Jeff. I had studied the table you refer to and it helped me choose between the two bundles: DVD Suite Pro and Ultra. It was clear from that table that the basic difference seemed minor.

But, nowhere does it state that PDR 6.5HE or 6.5 DE are cut down OEM versions as per table I found in the readme file created after the install. Nor do you find any such explanation throughout the website. I don’t see any mention (if it exists it certainly is well hidden) of the difference between the Full Version PDR Deluxe and these OEM versions: PDR-LE, PDR-HE, and PDR-DE.

I believe this is misleading the customer.

Thank you for your comments Edric. I don't want a refund for the Power DVD Pro Suite. I would like what has been promised on the site, purchase confirmation, and backup disc: a full version of Power Director.
