Burned bluray and dvd won't play

I'm a new power2go user. I burned bluray and dvds and they play
in my computer, not in any other player. What am I doing wrong?

Additional information....I'm using Pinnacle Studio to create videos and
burning them in BD and DVD formats with power2go v. 5.5. Do I
have to finalize power2go burns?

I think that is because your player not welling to play burned disc. Only you can do is try to use another disc for burn again or lower down burning speed.
