made an account in the instant that shutdown occurred would be

shutdown occurred. / Is there any way to test the effect with the clip without having to take each one to the timeline? / It would be great if the powerdirector accepted a preview of the clip within its own effects room (more speed and user satisfaction). Thanks

I am having problems in the effect room, but unfortunately I could not identify in what effect that suddenly the system closes and enters that form to send to the Cyberlink the occurrence. Twice this happened, just as I was knowing the effects to use in the next video.
My pdr15 is with the latest patch. I am unsure because I am afraid I will waste time in using some effect. Other information is that I uninstalled all new blue effects.
Has anyone had any problem with the ultimate powerdirector 15 closing unexpectedly using effects in this past year?
I am grateful for some useful reference!

Now I understood and checked that objects were not on the timeline.
I really confirm your manifestation that pdr15 does not store the objects, it just leaves indicating that trackers have been used, inside the motion tracker module.

I make a simple test, creating 2 tracker s, saved and closed pdr15. I reopened the project, clicked on the video, selected motion tracher, and there were the 2 trackers, the way I've saved. Normal!
Or I did not understand your project!

Not always!
I have versions, 12,13 and 15.
For example, bugs from version 12 that were still fixed only in version or 14 or 15.
( still has version 15 bug that has not been fixed / according to this latest beta update)
If improvement occurs in version, it does not mean that the bugs have been fixed and in my case, after version 15 I am more interested in bug fixes than eventual evolution. Many improvements have been achieved, but

Cyberlink should have as an attitude with its client to disclose in the release of new version, which are the bugs fixed. Most important because for many users, a new version does not necessarily imply bug fixes from previous versions. If we do not join to charge for Cyberlink, we will not succeed as "good" customers that we are!

After performing more tests, I realized that powerdirector works with sizes
due to the size of the created window for the title and this makes a difference.
As I'm not accustomed to frequently now I see the difference / So it is not a bug and
yes the size compared to the window.

The bug is in pd15 with last patch 3929 and by its test in pdr 17 I saw that there was no memory overflow
according to the used memory displayed in your manager task .
No need to report support because the situation has normalized on pdr 17.

As I have not migrated to version 17 yet and won the 30 days of the trial version, it is very likely that the bug will also occur in this version:

i found the bug in version pdr 15 /
the bug is not found in GM4 2419 Beta Patch!
I was curious to check the version history of a competitor who works well with the quality control (Camtasia) thinking that also in this last version had 57 occurrences being most bug fix / Pdr17
with this last one accumulates 35 occurrences. Both do not disclose
the cases identified and logically so as not to affect sales.

but the content that I forwarded is enough for the responsible "this stage" to take a responsible attitude and not delaying the correction, because previously more than year ago I informed Cyberlink that it was a bug in the previous "magic motion" using freeform, which was incorporated into pan & zoom and did not bother to fix.
Note: If using 4: 3, 16: 9 will work correctly, except the freeform does not obey the keyframe position set in the menu according to the options "duplicate previous key frame" or "duplicate next frame".

When I put an image and I will use pan & zoom in tools feature, in the ratio freeform
the system does not store references of frame size. This occurs at least from the
version 15.
