Hello BetoValle,

I've just checked the link on the PhD Updates page and it is working correctly.

It will first download the CyberLink_PhotoDirector_Downloader, then the actual update when you run the downloader.

Could you please check again & let us know if the issue is resolved for you?

Hi, thank you for your attention.
I finally managed to lower it, only on another machine. I do not know what happens to the machine that is installed the photodirector, since it had disabled the firewall of the total anti-virus kaspersky, but nothing of success occurred.
Through your post, I had the idea of trying to download from another machine.
