I have recently changed from a windows PC to a MacBook Pro.
My question is: can PD 12 be installed on a MacBook pro without problems ?

When I attempt to burn in 2d the final output screen pops up.
The current drive is empty
Disc volume label - I can type in here
Under Final Output, it will not allow me to check the burn to disc, it is blacked out.
I can check create a folder.
Can you PLEASE tell me what if anything I am doing wrong, I urgently need to burn a project to disc.
I have done the following,
Edit content, safe project, produce and in creat disc I have selected menus preferences.
URGENTLY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE
I have been using powerdirector 12 for about 12 months and have never had this problem burning to disc in the past, this is the first time I have encountered a problem.

Thanks. It never rains but now it pours.
I have now totally lost PD12. How do I reinstall the complete program. I still have the product key from my original download.
Please don't ask how I lost it, it's to long a story. I have looked in my downloads, but I do not have original program downloads

I have had a computer problem and lost poweredirector 12. I still have my original product key.
how do I reinstall without buying the product again.

I am using PowerDirector 12 Ultimate
I am a real amateur.
I have created a product (tick)
I have produced my product (tick)
I then went to create disc and that is where I remain. The final output screen comes up and everything is either BLANK or DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO INPUT ANYTHING.
In the FINAL OUTPUT screen it willnot allow me to check the BURN TO DISC box
This has never happened before. I usually just go to create disc page, screen comes up and press START BURNING tab and everything is good.
Can someone please help me and explain why this has suddenly occurred and how I can get it burning again.

When loading a project I get this.
What does it mean and what should I do ?

I use a SONY HDR-XR260 HANDYCAM to take video.
The problem I am having appears to only have just started since upgrading to Power Director 12.
If I open the program it opens correctly and quickly
I have no problem loading files on for editing.
When I save a Project it seems to take for ever to save, and takes even longer to open a saved project, like 5 minutes or more. The file size is only 44MB
HELP THIS IS KILLING ME

I am new to this. I have just edited a lot of video footage. I now have a file (5800) which is obviously larger than the disc I have. What do I have to do to put this large movie onto two 4700 discs
