I have had a computer problem and lost poweredirector 12. I still have my original product key.

how do I reinstall without buying the product again.

If you do not have the installation files need to ask for support here.

Playsound is correct.

If you do not have your original installation files backed up on DVD or External Hard drive, you will have to get Cyberlink to give you new links to download the files.

After you have downloaded the files, Please burn a DVD of the downloaded files and the email with the CD Key.
