Saved Project takes forever to load

I use a SONY HDR-XR260 HANDYCAM to take video.

The problem I am having appears to only have just started since upgrading to Power Director 12.

If I open the program it opens correctly and quickly

I have no problem loading files on for editing.

When I save a Project it seems to take for ever to save, and takes even longer to open a saved project, like 5 minutes or more. The file size is only 44MB

What version of PD12 are you running.

Trial? Full version? If it is the full version with the latest patch v2209 see this link:
