I then went to create disc and that is where I remain. The final output screen comes up and everything is either BLANK or DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO INPUT ANYTHING.

This has never happened before. I usually just go to create disc page, screen comes up and press START BURNING tab and everything is good.

Can someone please help me and explain why this has suddenly occurred and how I can get it burning again.

1. You have a blank, new and the right type of disc in the drive - yes?
2. How old is the drive - new, 2 years old etc?
3. You have content in the Edit Workspace, yes?
4. Please provide a screenshot of the Edit Workspace - full screen please.

I have now totally lost PD12. How do I reinstall the complete program. I still have the product key from my original download.

Please don't ask how I lost it, it's to long a story. I have looked in my downloads, but I do not have original program downloads Michael

Please contact Online Customer Support, http://www.cyberlink.com/support/index.html You will be required to provide proof of purchase (order number) and give your full name, address and the email address you used for the order. The data will have to be confirmed by CyberLink etc before they assist you.

When I attempt to burn in 2d the final output screen pops up.

The current drive is empty
Disc volume label - I can type in here

Under Final Output, it will not allow me to check the burn to disc, it is blacked out.

I can check create a folder.

Can you PLEASE tell me what if anything I am doing wrong, I urgently need to burn a project to disc.

I have done the following,

Edit content, safe project, produce and in creat disc I have selected menus preferences.

URGENTLY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE

I have been using powerdirector 12 for about 12 months and have never had this problem burning to disc in the past, this is the first time I have encountered a problem. Michael

Has your dvd drive used for burning settup through windows to allow recording to? sometimes they are not? and or is your DVD drive a writer or just player?
