after 7 weeks of trying to fix this problem with no luck I purchased the back up CD( original was
the internet download version )I removed P2Go7 internet download re- installed using the Disc. and is working
maybe this can help someone else

I cant get the log file to paste, but I have copied the info that on the report
Application (error faulting application Power2Go exe. version 7.0.0.1827
faulting module mfc90u.dll version 9.0.30729.6167 fault address 0x00058267
I hope this will help I will continue to try and get the log

the box shows up there is no burn fail code numbers it only says
burning unsuccessful possible cause muxer gets incorrect bit rate

when I try to burn a dvd movie keep getting this message after 92% I will attach
completed just like other usersdxdiag log file need help with his problem CYBERLINK had me update
drivers which was done and still the same issue i see post from other
users but no answers posted that fix this problem

I have tried for over a month to get my Power2Go7 delux to burn a disc. when using
menu function and templates I get the error burn fail due to muxer gets
incorrect bit rate but when I burn using no menu of templates all works
well I upgraded to this version to use the great menu and templates
I hope someone can help with this problem

when I try to burn a movie to DVD I get error message burning failed

I have the same problem and get no help from there tech for over a month i have tried
someone has got to have answers

when I try to burn a DVD and use the templets that come with the program the burn wont start
while in the authoring process it will stop at about 85% then I cancel and use no templet
the disc will burn ok I have talked to support several times but no luck and I have done
everything possible all patches and updates have been installed
anyone have any other ideas

is there a fix when a movie is burned to a DVD using Power2Go 6 when a movie
is downloaded and played using Power DVD 9 it is fine but after burning the movies
are stretched wide and long and fuzzy

I use power 2 go7 to burn movies downloaded from the internet the aspect ratio is fine but when I burn a disc the movie is
stretched and fuzzy when played back on my dvd player is there any settings to correct this on the power 2go burning
