muxer bitrate causes burn fail

I have tried for over a month to get my Power2Go7 delux to burn a disc. when using
menu function and templates I get the error burn fail due to muxer gets
incorrect bit rate but when I burn using no menu of templates all works
well I upgraded to this version to use the great menu and templates
I hope someone can help with this problem
