aspect ratio using power 2go 7

I use power 2 go7 to burn movies downloaded from the internet the aspect ratio is fine but when I burn a disc the movie is
stretched and fuzzy when played back on my dvd player is there any settings to correct this on the power 2go burning

can you please describe the issue in more detail?

e.g. I need the info:
1. source material aspect and codec
2. desired aspect ratio

can you upload a sample file? (short?)
can you provide photo of the issue?
