burning DVD when using a templet with Power2Go7

when I try to burn a DVD and use the templets that come with the program the burn wont start
while in the authoring process it will stop at about 85% then I cancel and use no templet
the disc will burn ok I have talked to support several times but no luck and I have done
everything possible all patches and updates have been installed
anyone have any other ideas Bill
