I'm converting MKV file (movie) to MP4. It is a large file (nearly 20 GB). Can't get the audio to sync. I made a couple edits with transition effects but otherwise it is free of any changes. Any suggestions? Updated to most recent version. Thx.

Thanks for reply but it didn't help. Still unable to download. There was no previous version of anything on this laptop which is brand new.
This did not address my question. I didn't have any version of PD or trial version of anything on laptop. It is brand new. Still not downloading. Please help.
I just bought 365 yesterday. I downloaded softward on PC without issue. I tried to download on my laptop and it won't let me. Stuck at 0%. I wanted to use 365 on my laptop for business trips. Last week, before I bought it, I was told via email by Cyberlink that I would be able to use it on two computers as long as I was signed out of one. I signed out of application and software on my PC but was still unable to download it on my laptop. Please help.
THANK YOU!!!! You are the lucky winner and I am forever grateful!
I have PD 10. I tried your idea. It didn't work. Zooming helps but I still need to crop out parts of the image and then resize it. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. As you can see I need to crop out the black bars on the sides of the video. I am putting multiple small figures of the same person dancing on the same screen.
I'm trying to crop a video without maintaining the ratios. I want to use just a portion of video. Whenever I use the video crop tool, hover over one of the corner squares, move-in... the entire video adjust (maintaining the aspect ratio). I don't want this. I want to crop-out 75% of the video. Any ideas on how to do this or a work around? This can be done with photos using the "freeform" option under the "Modify" tab. Please help.
The option to select "Fast Video Rendering Technology" is grayed out. It is no longer an option for me. I have been using "Fast...." for over 1 year successfully. I have not updated power director. The only major change my computer has undergone, a few weeks ago, is update to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8.0. This is the first time I've used PD since then. Please Help.
