I just bought 365 yesterday. I downloaded softward on PC without issue. I tried to download on my laptop and it won't let me. Stuck at 0%. I wanted to use 365 on my laptop for business trips. Last week, before I bought it, I was told via email by Cyberlink that I would be able to use it on two computers as long as I was signed out of one. I signed out of application and software on my PC but was still unable to download it on my laptop. Please help.

Thanks for reply but it didn't help. Still unable to download. There was no previous version of anything on this laptop which is brand new.

You should probably contact CL tech support direclty. This is a user forum and we don't have the kinds of tools that customer service/tech support has. You can submit a support request here.
