I had to reinstall pd12 and now pd12 is producing mpeg 4 that can't be viewed in powerdvd 13, powerdvd 13 says can't view this format. If I open the mp4 in windows movie maker it is only a audio file. Can anyone help?

I have a webpage I wrote, is there a way to add it to my movie I'm making. I'd like to scroll down the page as I read it. The into my movie, slideshow... The webpage is 4 pages long.
