You'll have to use a screen-capture software, scroll through the sections as you record, and bring that video file into PD for editing.
There are many good screen-capture softwares, some for free. I have links to free software on my site. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

Hi bphata,
I agree with what BarryTheCrab has written but would like to add a little bit more.
1. Select a suitable screen capture software - try a few out, not all will match your needs.
2. Choose the same frame rate as you will for your project.
3. Reduce the screen size of the browser window to match 16:9 (maybe not so important)
4. Capture with the software to a 16:9 frame size, you can crop within PDR.
5. Check your monitors screen resolution matches/close to 16:9.
6. Capture to a format that is suitable, such as mp4 rather than massive bitrated avi's.
