pd12 producing mpeg 4 that can't be viewed in powerdvd 13

I had to reinstall pd12 and now pd12 is producing mpeg 4 that can't be viewed in powerdvd 13, powerdvd 13 says can't view this format. If I open the mp4 in windows movie maker it is only a audio file. Can anyone help?

have you reinstalled Div-X and Quick Time?

repatched to v3403 or latest patch?

other codecs that I've installed in my laptop is FFDShow...

and I use MPC-HC player to watch DvD s... AVC H.264 .MP4 & HEVC H.265 .MP4, .MOV

containers. Yes, my PD12 cruises...
