PowerDirector 365 and Cyberlink Application Manager

I think something is going completely wrong in the Cyberlink Application Manager when installing POWERDIRECTOR 365. In the EFFECTS folder, a number of POWER CONTENT PACKS are offered to install. If I have installed all these content packs and if I start the Cyberlink Application Manager again, the packs that I already installed are offered to install again: this way I keep installing!
I find the whole concept of CAM quite confusing: some packs you have to install and some you just have to open in POWERDRECTOR. Starting up POWERDRECTOR 365 takes quite some time because a lot of effects still have to be loaded. I used to work with POWERDIRECTOR 17 and it did not have these shortcomings.

In particular this one giving the latest update on CL's response to the slow loading.

As a more general resource there is a list of effects, particles, LUTs etc here and one can check where they are installed, names etc. :
