Release note:

Enhances Title Designer usability when selecting titles.
Fixes the issue that the video is squeezed when previewing in the timeline and the PIP Designer.
Fixes the issue that PowerDirector stops responding when uploading a video to Facebook.
Fixes the issue that a portrait video is stretched when using the video in the specific Express Projects.
Fixes the crash issue encountered when producing a H.265 MP4 video in specific projects.

In my opinion: Installing a beta patch is at your own risk, back up your data where necessary. A beta patch is not for the novice/newbie user and should be installed only by those who are experienced in computer use/problem solving.

Concerning relesase note from beta v2302: "Enhances AVI video decoding compatibility for creating discs and producing video in Windows 10."

It would appear this AVI issue has not been addressed based on Psalm91 experience documented here http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/46857.page#243228
