Thank You for your reply. I had seen that before but it only applies to "temp" files. I thought if there was a way to delete the project (.pds) and ALL associated files, it would be a clean delete with no stragglers that would confuse PD11. If nobody has had a problem, then I'll just delete the .pds files using Windows Explorer. Thanx again!!!
I have completed my photo project, made several backup DVD copies and Exported the file to my harddrive, which will last me a very long time. Is there a certain sequence I should follow to delete/remove the project from my hard drive so Power Director (11) won't search for it when I open the program? Do any written instructions exist - I can not find any in the manual.
Dafydd,

Patch 2704 took care of the burn problem - THANKS. Now if they could only come up with a way to turn on/off all the silly motion in DVD menus. I understand PD7 had that feature.
After reading all the above problems, I would switch back to Prem Elem 8, but that's a poorly written package with it's own problems. I think CL has some of the same people Adobe has. Do you think they share technology??
I tried to make a DVD and when it reached 10% a box came on the screen and said "Transcoding engine's front end stream error" 1. Broken or missing source file. 2. Out of system memory.
I have 8GB of memory so I do not think that is the problem.

Using: Win7, 64 bit
HP e9240f with 2 hard drives.

My project has been saved and I can open it anytime. PLEASE HELP!!
