i have serious problem making dvd.
Each time i try to do it around the 58% an error message appears:
Burn process stopped: error come a000000a
Why this append?
file are in mpg2, pd is version 7.
Please help

hi, i updated it to the PowerDirector 7 build 3017 but i still have same problem
Tomorrow i'll try to contact hp support and hope they can help me.
If someone has the solution to it, please let me know.

i don't have the program.
pd7 was allready installed.
I wrote an email for support but no answer...
i thought someone was able to help me... maybe tomorrow i'll go to the store and tell them about this problem.
If someone can give me news about this strange message during burning process i'll appreciate it.

hi, thanks for your suggestion.
I did and it's ok, but still have the big problem to create a dvd with menus, and this is not good.
It's sad have the program but not be able to use it 100%.
Hope someone can help me and tell me what to do to solve it.

Hi all, sorry for my english...
i just bought a HP notebook with PD7 already installed. I like it a lot but i have big problem when i create a dvd with menu.
Every time, around 58% op process it appears a message thats says:
BURN PROCESS STOPPED. ERROR CODE a000000a
(this message also appears even if i chose to create a dvd folder).
First i tought it was a matter of my dvd, but then i created several dvd and cd using other application and all is ok.
So the problem is only with PD7
Can someone help me?
I created few project but i can't creadte dvd.........

I use PD7 and i have several problem when i create a dvd with menu.
When i burn dvd it seems ok but around 58% and sometimes 78% PD stop and shows this message: (i try to translate)
Burn process stopped. Error code a000000a
first i tought it was a matter of mz dvd, but i create cd/dvd audio and video using ogher programs it works, so i really don't understand why with PD not. ( i was able to create only one Dvd )
Same error message appears even if i chose "create a dvd folder" instead of a dvd.
Can someone help me?
