I have the same response when I try and copy a movie. A 700MB movie, which is average, I get a pop-up stating file is too large for disk, insert one with more space, which is imposible. A DVD is 4.7 Gigibytes. I have to select a slower speed to make it fit (LP) and the shrink to fit does not work.
Anyone else have poblems getting a refund from this company? I submitted all the correct forms back in February and even re did them a week ago and yet I am still being ignored! All I get are referals to blank webpages with no answers.

Tell them that there are some issues with refund page.
Then they will help you for the refund process.

LOL ! i have requested a refund or LOD 5 times my emails are ignored, the program does not install and i want a refund!!

YOU only had to wait a week for a refund? I have been getting the run around since February and it is now March 14 and all over a mere $31.00. I will never purchase from this company again.
