Anybody who has problems getting a refund should just contact their Credit Card company and have the charge refunded. It's really easy that way! If the product doesn't work as advertised, this is reason enough. Unfortunately, I had to do that a couple of times, but fortunately it works every time without any problems...

LOL ! i have requested a refund or LOD 5 times my emails are ignored, the program does not install and i want a refund!!

YOU only had to wait a week for a refund? I have been getting the run around since February and it is now March 14 and all over a mere $31.00. I will never purchase from this company again.
