Seeing as I am getting no reply here, can anyone just comment if it is possible to do customer mpeg 4 movies and not to use the standard presets that are available.
Hi all,

have exported some video in mpeg 4 format (had to pick the ipod video or psp preset) and the video playback is very shacky and stuttery on my phone. Exports on Video Studio to mpeg 4 playc back perfectly on my phone. Is there anywhere that I can customize my mpeg 4 codec settings before exporting?
I think it need's to re-encode it to wrap it in one video stream. you have no option on this, in terms of it taking this long to export the disc. I would say it is normal for it to take a long time to render and burn a BR disc. Even on a Quad Core machine. I must admit you have a very high spec machine and i would have thought it would be a bit quicker for a 3 min video. Anyone know any estimate times for exporting BR?
Thanks

funny, thats the first thing I checked. Patches, information on fixes, nothing. maybe you guys should add this in the info for the patch. have to admit I didnt use the search function,
My first post, whoopeee!!!

Ok the problem I have is quite simple to re create, all you need to do is open up a new project and pull down any clip to the timeline. After you have done this you right click, Edit, Speed. once you have made your change to the speed of the clip it takes effect. Save this project. Quit the application, re-open and then re-open the project with the speed effect.

You should see that the length of the clip has changed, but it plays at normal speed and the extended bit is just a black screen.

Any ideas? Dont know if this has been reported before. I had a quick scan around to see if I could find something but i couldnt.

oh yeah and i have tried this on three pc's different specs (see below for tow of em) and also used the clip included in the package.
