Speed change not taking effect
[Post New]
My first post, whoopeee!!!

Ok the problem I have is quite simple to re create, all you need to do is open up a new project and pull down any clip to the timeline. After you have done this you right click, Edit, Speed. once you have made your change to the speed of the clip it takes effect. Save this project. Quit the application, re-open and then re-open the project with the speed effect.

You should see that the length of the clip has changed, but it plays at normal speed and the extended bit is just a black screen.

Any ideas? Dont know if this has been reported before. I had a quick scan around to see if I could find something but i couldnt.

oh yeah and i have tried this on three pc's different specs (see below for tow of em) and also used the clip included in the package.

Please use the Search capability of this forum. The "speed" issue has been dealt with a long while back.

Apply the patch - link above.

Hi,

Actually the Speed issue was spotted and updated some time ago. I think about XX months ago.

My guess is you've a boxed version and it is a very early build.

There is no need to make changes to the patch information since it includes previously listed updates.
