I renewed my subscription of PD 365 as always for the past 3 years. However, I noticed that with the initial renewal charge, there was a seperate charge for $2.10 for an "INT'L SERVICE ASSESSMENT FEE", which I've never been charged before.
I contacted "info@living-c.de" for an explanation of why this charge happened and they informed me that it was PAYPAL who applied this charge. I contacted PAYPAL and sent them pics and the email that was sent to me by "info@living-c.de". PAYPAL denied my claim due my billing dispute not matching their qualification for a billing dispute.
Has anyone else encountered this "ASSESSMENT FEE" and if so, did you get it resolved or no?

I have the most recent December version of PowerDirector 365(version 20.1.2415.0 64-BIT). For some reason when I have main interface window opened and I click on the MEDIA ROOM button(F3), then select the DOWNLOADED button, the download will start and before it finishes, the program crashes. I've tried restarting the computer several times to see if this corrects the problem but it happens every time I click on the DOWNLOADED button. If anyone has had this issue and found a solution, please advise me of this.
