New December version of PD365 Crashes When clicking on the DOWNLOADED button.

I have the most recent December version of PowerDirector 365(version 20.1.2415.0 64-BIT). For some reason when I have main interface window opened and I click on the MEDIA ROOM button(F3), then select the DOWNLOADED button, the download will start and before it finishes, the program crashes. I've tried restarting the computer several times to see if this corrects the problem but it happens every time I click on the DOWNLOADED button. If anyone has had this issue and found a solution, please advise me of this.

I don't see any issues like that on my system with the latest PD365 version, so please follow the steps in the Read Me Before Posting guide and attach the DxDiag test results.

Two things you can also try would be to run the Windows diagnostic commands exactly as described in this post; and then to uninstall PD (right-click on it from the App Manager and choose Uninstall) and then reinstall it.
