Follow up question here please. When doing a reinstallation, can we use the same license key or do we need to request a new one?
Not sure what we have here but try to check at Windows Event Viewer. Usually, it will provide you some helpful details why a program crashed.

Hi buddy, any updates on this yet? I was wondering if this could be a build number issue.
Sorry, but I don't understand what you're trying to ask. Can you please rephrase this?
Hi buddy, this looks like a tough one and I got nothing on top of my head. Have you tried creating a support ticket yet? It might be possible that they may need to duplicate this issue first.
It acts like that from time to time. What build number fo you currently have on if I may ask?

Hi stephenw1uk, as long as you didn't uninstall the software, you wont need the license key anymore. How did this work out for you by the way?
It's just the antivirus not trusting it. Usually, you will have the option to ignore it and remember it as a rule.

I see what you're trying to say. I think this is already taken cared of at PDVD13. Although I'm not entirely sure about this.
Hi buddy, looks like this is still unanswered for you. Any luck on this so far?
Any luck onto this issue yet? By the way, it's also worthwhile to double check the region settings.
I got nothing on top of my head for this. It should be working as it should. Someone should be able to give you tips on this.
I'm scratching my head on this. Why does PDVD need WMP components?
To start of, what build number do you currently have on?
Hi David. This has been for few days now. Wer you able to find any luck on this yet?
MKV for sure is supported. But I can't find any info for MKV MVC.
