Bluray Tinkerbell secret of the wings not playable

Hi, I am not able to play the disk. The first trailer starts and then there is snowflake rotating, but no menu or other trailers or the film itself is playable.
Please help me!
The disk is ok, with other software its playable.

Any luck onto this issue yet? By the way, it's also worthwhile to double check the region settings.

Hi, the problem does still exist. The region code is set correct
