Im on an auto renew subscription. It is due up in 3 days time. I have turned off auto renew will i be able to renew this on my account once it has expired and apply the 30% black friday offer.

Thanks. I'll give that a go next year. Have to live with the fact CL is not going to give their loyal subs the same discount as on site. Caught nicely this year and cant do anything about it but at least i wont next year.

I have auto renewal activatated on my Director suite and i noticed it renewed at the full price of £99. Do they not apply either the 30% discount shown on the site or the 10% discount i get as a gold member. Is it better to switch off auto renew and then repurchase a sub once your sub has expired and get the discount then.

Hi i bought and downloaded Borisfx 2 unit set for PD 16. The software loaded ok but when i went to put the licence key in it said "cant connect to activation server. When i try to do it again all i get is Unable to write licence file. Does anyone know how to sort this ans get software activated.

You might try setting your preview resolution lower.
HD preview takes much computer power. The preview does not affect your final produced video.

I upgraded from pd14 to pd16. When i use certain titles in my projects now it make the preview quite jumpy. Most of the titles work fine and this only happens with a certain few. The titles work fine till i place it on the timeline then it slows down and becomes jumpy. Anyone help please. Cheers
