Borisfx for PD 16

Hi i bought and downloaded Borisfx 2 unit set for PD 16. The software loaded ok but when i went to put the licence key in it said "cant connect to activation server. When i try to do it again all i get is Unable to write licence file. Does anyone know how to sort this ans get software activated.
