The ordinary one in Playstore. Get HDR on Shield but not on PC. Can do a video on my settings when Im home from work.

I cant get ATMOS but bught a Nvidia Shield and now get 4K+HDR+ATMOS on KODI for Android TV. My only use of the Power DVD bundle is screenrecorder. Screenrecorder is fantastic.

Here is the fix as I receiveid no satisfying answer from cyberlink support :

Cyberlink has advised us to try the following temporary

1. Get the CLADR.zip from the following link

2. Unzip the CLADR.zip, then replace the CLADR.ax file in the following path (based on PowerDVD 17 Ultra):

C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberLink\PowerDVD17\Common\

3. There is a side effect that the volume would be set to 0 everytime PowerDVD switches to exclusive mode to play UHD BD. Please adjust the volume to play the sound.


Did not help me. Still no pass through of ATMOS to my Samsung HW-K950 Sound Bar

Hm, You can not get ATMOS with a ATMOS receiver throu bitstreaming with Power DVD. Free Kodi (no HDR) or the Windows 10 app Fim&TV can do it but not Power DVD 17 Ultra.

Gona trye a refund from Cyberlink because I must have ATMOS, its wonderful. Free KODI and Windows 10 app F&T pass ATMOS fine.

Kodi with ATMOS: HDR = no

Windows 10 app with HDR+ATMOS = no bookmarks in movies

Power DVD with HDR = no ATMOS

Plex from Chromecast with HDR = no ATMOS

Yes, WASPAI and "no decoded high.." in sound settings but no ATMOS on my Samsung HW-K950/60 Soundbar. Get it in KODI but not on Power DVD.
