I use Analog so the problem does not show up. I would report a bug to Cyberlink.
What OS are you using?
Is your PC hooked upto the internet? Do you have the latest patch for v8? I just downloaded it on Sept 15th. I was able to play the disc without issue.
They have always responded to me within 24 hours. Did you check your spam folder?
Wow, I cannot believe they have not fixed this problem yet. It still exists. Got my support ticket - waiting.
