Quote: There are a few places to check for audio.

In every case be sure it is not muted.

  1. On the timeline, be sure the check mark for audio on the left is checked (It is in your image).

  2. On the preview player, be sure the volume is up, and you have selected Real Time Preview. (It there is a cross out on the speaker icon, Real time preview is not checked)

  3. Check your computer's sound for Powerdirector Program, be sure it is active. (May be the Speaker Icon on task bar)

  4. Be sure the video file you are playing has sound (some don't) Your Kitesurfing.wmv does have sound.

I have recently required an issue with pd14. I am getting no audio at all. the audio files are importing ok as is the video clips with audio, but when I play the files, there is no audio only video see attached pic. As you can see the mic is not selectable.
I have latest audio drivers installed and all up to date with everything else

Hello Jeff. This is what I have going on, see snap shots and I still can't select true velocity
Quote: aidy, you have no piece of hardware that supports true velocity "Hardware video encoder" for the profile you are producing to in your snap3 pic (H.265). As far as true velocity SVRT feature, your timeline video format must be very similar to your "Produce" video format. The docs provide some good information here for additional background.

Jeff
