Thanks for your answer.
The attached file contains the original image that occupies the whole screen,
and the same image at the mpg file, which was created by Power Director 13, that has wide edges.
I tried to change the aspect ratio to 16:9, but there was no any improvement.

Hi,
I have a pictures files that when they are displayed at Windows 10 screen saver and at the painter application, they occupy all the screen.
But when I load them at Power director 13 , they have wide edges.
I try to make a movie with these pictures, but also then , they have a wide edges.
Note : All the pictures movies, that I made previously, Before installing Windows 10 (I had Windows 7 before) occupied all the screen, with no edges.
Please tell me why does it happen, and how can I fix it.

Hi,
I have a video files of types MP4 and VOB.
These files are played without any problem by the Windows' files explorer.
But when they are imported to Power Director 13 Ultimate, they are played without sound.
The default video clips of that are displayed at the media room, like the boats, are played without a sound too.
When at the files explorer, it is played with its sound.
Please tell me how to fix this problem.

Hi,
1. We tried to reinstall "PowerDirector 13 Ultimate",
We wanted to type the product key code .
At the "Manage My Products" section, it is written that my Power Director 13 is Trial,
altough we purchased it.
hence we can't get its product key.
Please update its status to "purchased",
so we will can get its product key.
2. We tried to reinstall the product because whenever we tried to load a VOB file, it was without sound, when the original file was with sound, please tell me what to do, to fix this problem.
The product's Order details is attached, from date 12.12.2014, Order No. 211960679.

Hi,
I have a DVD which I made previously.
I tried to capture it by Power Director 13.
It created a file "capture.mpg" that takes only 2 kb.
That file , of course, cannot be played.
At the first time that I tried to capture the DVD, I got an error message which said that a codec file is missing, and I should refer to the customers support team to solve that issue.
Please tell me how to fix this problem.
