Hi,
I have a video files of types MP4 and VOB.
These files are played without any problem by the Windows' files explorer.
But when they are imported to Power Director 13 Ultimate, they are played without sound.

The default video clips of that are displayed at the media room, like the boats, are played without a sound too.
When at the files explorer, it is played with its sound.

Please tell me how to fix this problem.

Thanks
Ilan Marom

I would suggest that you re-install Powerdirector 13.

That is assuming that your Sound drivers are OK.

I had this happen but deleting the clip from the timeline and then re-inserting sorted it out. It hasn't happened again.

- Not my post Carl, I was just saying that it was something I had experienced and how I resolved my problem in case it was helpful.
