My computer is a notebook Acer Aspire 7740 G,
Video card Ati mobility Radeon HD 5650 Graphics 1 Gb
RAM 8 Gb
Processor Intel Core i3
Version PD 12 Utra 12.0.2930.0
Gopro Hero 3 camera and JVC Everio GZ HD620 camera
Do you think my computer is not strong enough?
I liked the programm so much during the trial but i didn't really do actual things with it.
The preview freezes a lot and the whole programm blocks often.
I read that there is a 30 day refund. I'm considering it.
But do they refund even its me who didn't check good the recommended requirements?
What do you think I should do?

Hi guys,
Newbie here, I purchased Powerdirector 12 Ultra, through download last week, on the French site.
I wanted to download this patch and it installs, extracts and everything but,
on a certain moment it says, can't install patch because you don't have the right version of the program and
then the whole thing gets canceled.
I tried the previous patch, same thing.
Do i need to install there patches since i purchased the program only last week? Are they maybe integrated?
