Looking to make a ghost effect or a motion blur to a clip. I don't know the exact name of what people call this effect but I refer to it as the ghost effect. I am looking to apply this to a moving object in a clip. I have an idea how to do this but am running into MAJOR problems doing it. I have tried copying the same clip and starting it .01 after the original clip but see no difference.
I am trying to make a time lapse of a video. Problem is I need parts of the video to be faster than 10X but under 16x. I am wondering if there is a way to make the clip a customized speed or if there are any other speeds between the 10X and 16X that I just can't figure out.

I like this one. Is their any way you can send me the 2 stamps with no background in it?
I am looking to add a stamping effect in the beginning of my video. Something that you see at the end of commercials where the hand comes in and stamps down the logo of the company. I can't seem to find anything that I can use!!
I am trying to figure out how to delete one of the volume dots that I manually set. It is at the wrong volume and it needs to be deleted. How do you delete those dots on the audio track?
Appreciate all the help!!
What would the easiest way to do this be then? I guess it doesn't have to be extremely complex, it can be a simple speedometer.
How would you go about making the actual needle as an animation?
Here is one picture that is in the video I am currently making. Something along these lines is what I would be looking for a speedometer.
I'm looking for a timer that I can use in a video. I found one in the forum here but I have to crop it and it has a black background on it. Wondering if their is a way I can just use the timer without cropping it. Also I am looking for a speedometer to lay over a current video to see the speed of something. Without getting to technical I wouldn't imagine of using the real speed but i'm looking for something of a speedometer look. Is their a website for any of these other add ons that I can download from?
Wondering how I can create 2 separate videos on the same screen. I would like one in the background with the other in the bottom corner with a border around it. Wondering if this is possible???
Awesome. Just added it into the video and looks great. I thought that the .6 sec. was a little too long still so I shortened it to .5 but anything under that was pretty hard to move to where I wanted it to. Thanks for the help!
I am trying to get a effect of a camera taking a picture (flash effect) in my movie. I am using the glare effect but it is extremely slow in the actual glare transition. I was wondering how I can get the effect of a camera taking a picture. Also is their a way that I can adjust all the transitions I put in?
What kind of screen-capture program do you recommend?
Hi, I am making a video and my intro is part of a movie quote and the screen is blank. I would like to put a waveform in the screen that is to the audio. Any way you can do that?
I am not using the trial version. I bought the program. The files I am using are AVCHD video type. I am assuming they are either 1080 or 960 hidef. The other programs I was talking about is the Iheart radio app (running windows or any other apps I am running like that..

I think I may have found the problem. All my videos are saved onto my external hard drive. My External is only accessible via wifi through my network. This I think might be why it is taking so long to trim/edit/upload every video in the program. I'm going to play around with it and see if copying some of the videos onto my laptop hard drive will speed things up a bit.
Here is the DxDiag.txt. I followed the Part B instructions.
what is a dxdiag.txt? And the videos I started to use were all 1080 from my gopro and then I started using videos that were in 720. Didn't matter the resolution they were in, one video would slow the entire thing down. The videos are in .mts format I believe.
Hi, I have just downloaded powerdirector 11 deluxe today and am playing around with it. I have found out that it is EXTREMELY slow compared to other programs being run on my computer. I am using a HP Pavillion g6-2010nr. Any help?!
