I try to burn 50p dvd-avchd and blurays but it only comes to 20% then a error message comes up saying burning unsuccessfull. I ordered the upgrade powerdirector 14 today. Should i get a refund?

I cant burn dvd-avchd/blurays in powerdirector 14. I tried with 50p burning in full hd. It only comes to 20% then a error message with burning unsuccessfull message comes upp. I tried asking product tecnicsl support but they havent yet answered. Im having 8 core amd prosessor and nvidia geforce 760 with cuda.

I wanted to make a forexample clone of my self while the one of my hands moves closer the clone of me, and the mask could get wider in animation when i move my hand closer and mobing the hand futher away the mask could be smaller again. But i wish there should show both videos in the mask. Like this in videostudio.

here is the setup in powerdirector. i wish the abowe videoclip get masked so the lower video coming inside the mask abowe the abowe clip.

what i ment was making a animated mask that mask out forexample half of the one of the two videoclips, so i can make a clone of my self moving forexample.

When i ad a move animation after adding a mask, its only the image that moves, and not the mask itself. Is there something i missed?

I tries to animate masks, but it seems impossible. How do i animating mask, so forexample i want to make a clone of myself, and k moving my hand closer to the side and want to edit the position of the mask so that the hand dont disapears. But it seems impossible to animate the mask. Or is it something i havent found out?

I just deleted the number 5 in the downloaders title. It was bechause i had more than one downloaders in the same map that all is named the same. If it dont work to delete a number or something extra numbers, i dont know how you can fix it.

I contacted cyberlink and they said that i had to rename the downloader file. I renamed it and it worked.

i try to download the update, but it says something like cyberlink downloader could not complete the download, please check your internet connection or check your firewall.

I have internet, and i checked the firewal, but the downloader still cant download. it comes up retry and cancel buttons. what must i do to fix it?
