cant download the new update

I have internet, and i checked the firewal, but the downloader still cant download. it comes up retry and cancel buttons. what must i do to fix it? AMD 8120, geforce 760, 16 gb ram.

It is a rare problem.

You may have to contact Cyberlink Support and get a direct link to the file.

Do not know if this is the case.
If you already did some updating before, Cyberlink Downloader application, recognizes and shows how full download.
To do so working again, you should change the download folder or rename the file you previously downloaded.
If the download begins and can not be avanca internet, local provider ...

Initially, I was getting a download time for the update of 111 hours - yup, over 4 days. I tried again later on and it downlaoded the whole thing in a few minutes. Maybe try getting it at different times?
