habe ähnliches Problem, bei mir werden jedoch nur bestimmte divx/xvid Dateien nicht abgespielt!
Mit PowerDVD 5 liefen diese jedoch problemlos...

You should try to deactivate your virus-scanner and firewall before installing the update.

ive solved the problem.
Virus scanner should be deactivated before installing the update.
Now it works fine...

Hi,

i've got some problems to update my PowerDVD 5 Version to Version7.
The Updater removes the installed PowerDVD5 software, but after that nothing else is happening.
What's the solution for this problem?
The E-Mail support does'nt answer my requests?
