PowerDVD 5 -> PowerDVD7Deluxe Update doesnt work

Hi,

i've got some problems to update my PowerDVD 5 Version to Version7.
The Updater removes the installed PowerDVD5 software, but after that nothing else is happening.
What's the solution for this problem?
The E-Mail support does'nt answer my requests?

Hi Christian,

It seems there was a problem with their email support today! I had a hard time recieving emails from them. All of a sudden just now I was bombarded by 17 emails from earlier attempts that I thought failed. LOL!!!

Anyway, Try clean installing things in order , etc and see if that helps. I wish I could offer you more help.

Hi,

ive solved the problem.
Virus scanner should be deactivated before installing the update.
Now it works fine...
