During edit the program crashes off completely. It does this when I try using tracker or FX blur.
I seem to not be able to use any blur fx when in tracker window too and several other FX like vignette (focus)
I have just purchased a full year subscription and not happy that Im unable to use the effects. And especially that it is crashing my work too! I downloaded the software. please can you tell me how to correct this as soon as possible?

I have never had this problem before in previous subscriptions. its only since installing the latest software.

this week my powerdirector 20 is crashing . Just dissapears when Im working. Im using a new gaming laptop so spec is not an issue. I downloaded a patch from cyberlink and also uninstalled virus software. This doesnt seemed to have repaired it. Not happy as I loosing my work!
