Power director 20 crashing on windows 11

this week my powerdirector 20 is crashing . Just dissapears when Im working. Im using a new gaming laptop so spec is not an issue. I downloaded a patch from cyberlink and also uninstalled virus software. This doesnt seemed to have repaired it. Not happy as I loosing my work!

when editing and trying to add affects such as blur or guassian blur it crashes powerdirector.
