Crashes When Using Some FX'S

During edit the program crashes off completely. It does this when I try using tracker or FX blur.
I seem to not be able to use any blur fx when in tracker window too and several other FX like vignette (focus)
I have just purchased a full year subscription and not happy that Im unable to use the effects. And especially that it is crashing my work too! I downloaded the software. please can you tell me how to correct this as soon as possible?

I have never had this problem before in previous subscriptions. its only since installing the latest software.

Just to avoid any confusion, can you specify exactly which version of PDR you are using?

Hi,

I run PDR365 Business 2214. Just check with CAM for an update, I believe the latest is 2214, released a couple of days ago. Might be worth a try and see if that cures it??
