thanks foryour answer but that is ot the Issue. I have a robust connection, (Speedtest 11MBps) I have 3 other computers on my network, with excelent connection. none of the other downloads have an issue for me.
- I had Disabled the Firewall
- disabed the Virus Protection.
- I have a LAN connection.
I have contacted Cyberlinc, Since Saturday with no Answer other than the Automated e-mail.
It is really frustrating, totally Unacceptable. (Not only the issue with the Downloads, but the fact that My files are no longer available for download? on their Site?
This is a trend unfortunatelly with all technology companies now days, very good products, high end technology but very poor to none existant customer service.
I can't believe I just spent $100 USD. on a piece of SW that I can't download.

Hi,
I just purchased Power Director 10 ULTRA, and received my link to download the 3 files, however the download starts and then stops after a few seconds and just hangs there.
Not only that but Now, it tells my the main file is no longer awailable for download.
I wrote an e-mail to the support website, just to get an automated message this morning, I replied no answer yet, there is no phone number, and the FAQ is worthless...!
PLEASE I NEED SOME HELP...!
PD: the issue is not my computer, it is brand new Win7, I have 3 other computers here on the same connections, they all work fine, I can't download the files from any of them.

Just Purchased PowerDirect 10 and can't download the 3 Files, they will stop after a few minutes.
I sent a support request and it is useless, they replied the day after with an automated list of solutions that don't work.
I have No Firewall, My IE9 is set to accept scripting, and also allowed to download Incripted files.
Not only that but I just tried with my Laptop, also Win7 IE9 and No luck..!
Please HELP...! I need to Install this Software URGENTLY..!
