I purchased Power Directo 10 ULTRA, However I can't download it to my Computer.

Hi,

I just purchased Power Director 10 ULTRA, and received my link to download the 3 files, however the download starts and then stops after a few seconds and just hangs there.

Not only that but Now, it tells my the main file is no longer awailable for download.

I wrote an e-mail to the support website, just to get an automated message this morning, I replied no answer yet, there is no phone number, and the FAQ is worthless...!

PLEASE I NEED SOME HELP...!

PD: the issue is not my computer, it is brand new Win7, I have 3 other computers here on the same connections, they all work fine, I can't download the files from any of them.

Hi Betof98 ,
The issue is most likely with your IP connection (variable/fluctuating and breaking the connection).
1. are you downloading over a wireless connection?
2. are you downloading over a direct connection/wired?
3. have you set your firewall to block specific downloads using exe etc - check your settings.
4. you may need to contact your ISP.

Contact CyberLink - go to the support page and write up the issue. You need to check your connection and firewall or the error will repeat. The problem is likely to be at your end and not CyberLink's or digital river's.

You will need to provide Proof of Purchase. Your name, email address and Order Number, to support.

thanks foryour answer but that is ot the Issue. I have a robust connection, (Speedtest 11MBps) I have 3 other computers on my network, with excelent connection. none of the other downloads have an issue for me.

- I had Disabled the Firewall
- disabed the Virus Protection.
- I have a LAN connection.

I have contacted Cyberlinc, Since Saturday with no Answer other than the Automated e-mail.

It is really frustrating, totally Unacceptable. (Not only the issue with the Downloads, but the fact that My files are no longer available for download? on their Site?

This is a trend unfortunatelly with all technology companies now days, very good products, high end technology but very poor to none existant customer service.

I can't believe I just spent $100 USD. on a piece of SW that I can't download.

Want to wake them up contract your credit card company and tell them about this problem and that you wish to cancel transaction as you did not receive what you paid for using there card also that you have not received a response from said company.
