This is out right theivery. I have provided my name, credit card number, order number, and email address so you can look up the product I purchased... You say that you can not find it.

I would like to talk to someone over the phone so we can sort this out and you tell me I need to pay $30 to discuss how my product is lost. Worst customer service on the planet.

I purchased powerDVD 10 last year and had to reformat my harddrive.

I have been trying to communicate with Cyberlink for months now to sort this issue out. There has been several instances of miscommunication.

Cyberlink says they can not find my order number when I give it to them or my name. How is this possible!?!?

They finally gave me an install with a key but it is for an upgrade from version 8 to 10.
I need the full version of PowerDVD 10. I need the capability to play BLUrays. That is why I purchased it in the first place.

Cyberlink, please help me. Is there a number that I can call without having to purchase the voice support package? I do not need any technical support.... I need customer service. Please help!!!
