I have been trying to communicate with Cyberlink for months now to sort this issue out. There has been several instances of miscommunication.
Cyberlink says they can not find my order number when I give it to them or my name. How is this possible!?!?
They finally gave me an install with a key but it is for an upgrade from version 8 to 10.
I need the full version of PowerDVD 10. I need the capability to play BLUrays. That is why I purchased it in the first place.
Cyberlink, please help me. Is there a number that I can call without having to purchase the voice support package? I do not need any technical support.... I need customer service. Please help!!!
