Lost PowerDVD 10

I purchased powerDVD 10 last year and had to reformat my harddrive.

I have been trying to communicate with Cyberlink for months now to sort this issue out. There has been several instances of miscommunication.

Cyberlink says they can not find my order number when I give it to them or my name. How is this possible!?!?

They finally gave me an install with a key but it is for an upgrade from version 8 to 10.
I need the full version of PowerDVD 10. I need the capability to play BLUrays. That is why I purchased it in the first place.

Cyberlink, please help me. Is there a number that I can call without having to purchase the voice support package? I do not need any technical support.... I need customer service. Please help!!!

This is out right theivery. I have provided my name, credit card number, order number, and email address so you can look up the product I purchased... You say that you can not find it.

I would like to talk to someone over the phone so we can sort this out and you tell me I need to pay $30 to discuss how my product is lost. Worst customer service on the planet.

Ihave a similar problem. I have PowerDVD 9 -12. Versions 11 and 12 are upgrades from PDVD 10. The original download file from PDVD 10 is the only one which is missing after a disk crash causing the upgrades to tell me that I have to install a valid Versiopn of PDVD 10. When I access my account at Cyberlink and click on "Follow my orders" I am linked to the so called CleverBridge company. Entering there my email address and last 5 digits of my credit card immediately opens my account - from the NVIDIA company. I sent the copies the payment receits to Cyberlink and Cleverbridge - just to receive a download link which did not work and an answer that my purchase cannot be found. I also described the problem of the wrong account granting access to me at cleverbridge. It didn't change since months. After my Power Director 10 problems also remain unsolved, as "answer" my posting was removed from this forum and I had to downgrade to Power Director9, I certainly will not try the next versions of both softwares but look for alternative products. At least I haven't lost the last hope that someone one day will contact me who is really competent and the people at CleverBridge care for their problems which by the way can also become safety problems.
